Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job portals, social media platforms, referrals). Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule assessments. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including interview coordination and offer management. Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and support. Participate in employer branding initiatives and hiring events. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment software. Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.
