Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Identify and source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Coordinate with recruitment agencies and consultants when required. Screening & Selection Conduct initial screenings via phone or video calls. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Administer pre-employment tests (if applicable). Assist in the negotiation of salary and offer finalization. Onboarding & Induction Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. Assist in documentation and background verification. Conduct orientation sessions for new employees. HR Database Management Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Generate recruitment reports and track hiring metrics. Employer Branding & Engagement Promote job openings on social media and professional networks. Participate in job fairs, campus placements, and industry networking events. Compliance & HR Policies Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws. Support diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or consultancy setup. Strong knowledge of hiring platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS software.
