Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess candidates' suitability. Utilize job portals and other sourcing tools effectively for talent acquisition. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations. Maintain an updated database of candidates and track recruitment metrics. Ensure a seamless 360-degree recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
