You will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, evaluating their skills and qualifications, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Responsibility Source and recruit candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and other avenues. Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential candidates. Screen and evaluate candidates to determine their fit for the role and organization. Create and assess assignments on language, logical reasoning, and aptitude to gauge candidate capabilities.
