Hiring: HR Recruiter Location: East Point Group of Institutions Experience: 13 Years Qualification: MBA (HR preferred) Industry: Education Job Summary: East Point Group of Institutions is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong focus on bulk hiring for academic and non-academic roles. Candidates mainly from consultancy backgrounds are preferred due to their exposure to high-volume and fast-paced hiring environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle , from understanding staffing requirements to onboarding candidates. Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, campus drives, referrals, and social media. Execute bulk hiring campaigns efficiently for teaching and non-teaching positions across departments. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Handle job postings , advertisement strategies, and social media recruitment campaigns. Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and metrics. Stay updated with industry hiring trends and recommend improvements in the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile: MBA in HR or a related field. 1–3 years of proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably in the education sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in bulk hiring is a must. Candidates from consultancy background are highly preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
