We MUIT looking for HR Recruiter Position at Maharishi University of Information Technology. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for faculty and administrative positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with university policies and a smooth transition into the institution. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication between staff and management. Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, university policies, and accreditation standards related to human resources practices. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and support various HR initiatives and projects. Qualifications: Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in HR recruitment, preferably within the education sector or a similar environment. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices. Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite . Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proactive and adaptable to changing HR needs.
