Role & responsibilities NOT IT Recruitment (Manufacturing Industry) Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
