Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles such as delivery personnel, factory workers, and warehouse staff. Plan and execute mass recruitment strategies including job fairs, walk-ins, and referrals. ATS Management: Post job openings on ATS and other job portals. Manage candidate pipelines and track the recruitment lifecycle using ATS tools. Generate and analyze reports from ATS for recruitment metrics. Sourcing and Screening: Source candidates from job boards, social media, vendor partners, and local networks. Conduct initial screenings to ensure alignment with role requirements. Coordination and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfill workforce needs. Work closely with external recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure proper documentation, including ID verification and background checks. Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies during the hiring process. Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new hires.
