Role & responsibilities Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source, assess, and attract high-caliber sales professionals for a variety of roles, including account executives, sales managers, and sales leaders. Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding candidates. Consultative Approach: Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers, using your consultancy experience to provide guidance on market trends, candidate pipelines, and recruitment best practices. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to align recruitment strategies with business goals. Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Use a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing techniques (job boards, social media, networking, headhunting) to build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline. Sales Role Expertise: Stay current on the latest trends and skills needed within the sales industry to ensure the candidates you are sourcing are aligned with company needs and expectations. Data-Driven Decisions: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and provide regular reporting to leadership teams, recommending improvements as needed. Employer Branding: Promote and represent the company as an employer of choice for sales talent by developing compelling job descriptions, career content, and enhancing the overall candidate experience. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field. Can Speak South Language Ie. ( Tamil , Telugu , Malyalam and Kannada) Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment. Strong background in recruitment consultancy, with the ability to advise clients and candidates with a consultative approach. Proven track record in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for a variety of sales roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.). High degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
