Job Title: HR Recruiter Navi Mumbai Olatech Solutions Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 1-5 years of experience to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will handle various HR functions and play a key role in talent acquisition. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews. Actively searching for potential candidates through various online and offline channels.Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions. Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers Conducting interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit in more detail Providing candidates with information about the company, the role, and the interview process.Gathering feedback from hiring managers and candidates Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract talent. A bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 1-5 years of experience in HR and recruitment, is required.
