Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. Screen resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly. Conduct preliminary screenings of candidates over phone or video calls before shortlisting them for further rounds. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires. Desired Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT) with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates. MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred.
