Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team at Proguard Security Service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified security personnel, including security guards, bouncers, bodyguards, and PSOs. The recruiter will ensure a smooth hiring process, maintain a talent pipeline, and contribute to workforce planning to meet client demands effectively. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit security personnel through job portals, social media, referrals, and local recruitment drives. Interview & Selection: Conduct initial interviews, verify credentials, and assess candidates’ suitability for security roles. Documentation & Onboarding: Ensure all required documents (ID proof, background checks, police verification) are collected and verified before onboarding. Workforce Planning: Coordinate with field officers and operational teams to fulfill client requirements for security services. Database Management: Maintain and update a talent pool of security professionals for immediate hiring needs. Employer Branding: Promote Proguard Security Service as an employer of choice through strategic hiring campaigns. Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies during the hiring process. Training Coordination: Work with the training department to ensure new recruits meet company standards before deployment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the security or manpower industry. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and local labor market trends. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
