HR Recruiter Internship Location: Vijayawada Duration: 3 months / 6 months Stipend: 7,000 per month + incentive Mode: On-site Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (6 days a week) About the Role: We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter Intern to join our team in Vijayawada. This role offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. If you have a passion for HR and talent acquisition, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a professional setting. Key Responsibilities: Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Post job openings and manage candidate applications. Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database. Coordinate interview processes and follow-ups. Assist in onboarding activities and HR documentation. Support employer branding and social media hiring initiatives. Perform other HR-related tasks as needed. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Benefits: Practical experience in HR and recruitment.
