We are looking for Immediate joiners Candidate Designation: HR Recruiter / Sr. HR Recruiter Department: Human Resources Location: Chennai Educational Qualification: Graduate / MBA - HR Experience: 1 to 4 Years Shift: Shift Flexibility Skill Set: Good Communication Skills Good MS Office skills Adequate knowledge in Pre & Post recruitment activities Good experience in Screening, Sourcing, Validation and Scheduling of candidates against requirements Scheduling candidates, completing 1st Round and Co-ordinating for Technical round Finalization of selected candidates, Salary negotiation and confirmation for joining Should have excellent Convincing & Negotiating skills Should have good experience in handling full cycle of Healthcare Recruitments Fresher, Junior, Middle and Senior Level Extensive Head Hunting and Cold calling experience to schedule the right candidates against requirements. Experience in working Databases, preparation of JDs, posting in Job-sites and handling Social Networking sites for requirements. Should be in a position to source suitable profiles through networking groups, References & Internal database Co-ordinating with internal stake holders in closing down the requirements. Maintain active database of prospective & rejected candidates Daily/Monthly record Maintenance Should be Smart & Creative in his/her work Independent handling/contributor role to be played. Consultancy background experience highly recommended Previous BPO experience added advantage Direct Walkin Only : 10am to 5pm.
