Job Summary: The Shared Services Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring seamless coordination, data accuracy, and adherence to established recruitment processes. The role involves effectively leveraging recruitment systems and tools, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate documentation to support organizational hiring goals. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Menu Support Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination, in alignment with the recruitment menu. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Systems and Tools Management Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms effectively to manage hiring workflows. Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper documentation of recruitment activities within the system. Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to provide timely updates on recruitment progress. Address recruitment-related queries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 to 2 years of experience to manage recruitment independently. Good knowledge of sourcing, scheduling interviews and coordination. Hands on experience on job boards Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, indeed etc. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a shared services environment. Must have good knowledge of data management on MS Excel. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
