Job Description

Role & responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across multiple departments. Create and post job listings on relevant job boards and social media platforms. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify high-quality candidates. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and provide recommendations for interviews. Assist with the offer process, including preparing offer letters and negotiating salary packages. • Assist with on boarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization. Manage candidate databases and HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Maintain and update job descriptions and recruitment policies. Assist with official administrative works. Preferred candidate profile 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or corporate environment. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and offering candidates. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and job boards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
