Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements. Ability to scan large volumes of resumes. Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing. Communicate with Hiring Managers. Good time-management skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Team player. Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress .
