Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently. Job Responsibilities : Source and identify suitable candidates for open positions. Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews. Participate in campus recruitment drives. Manage HR-related documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, etc. Maintain and update MIS reports and Excel sheets. Assist with other HR duties as assigned by management.
