Job Description

We are looking for a Candidate, • Who can handle end to end recruitment process in Domestic Recruitment (Non IT). • Sourcing, screening and shortlisting the candidates from different job portals/ social media networking like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster etc • Schedule and Coordinate interviews with managers and candidates. • Updating the daily status in ATS • Conduct background verification / reference checks of the candidates • Conducting campus Drives/Attending Job Fairs • Must be a good team player • Must have good communications and analytical skills Key skills: • Hands on experience on bulk hiring Non-IT recruitment • Must have experience in campus hiring • MS Office(Word, Excel, PPT) • Hands on experience using any ATS is an added advantage • Communication skills • Relationship building skills • Multi-tasking skills Educational qualification: • MBA in HR/ Industrial Relations Immediate Joiners are preferred Experience: • 1-4 years Work Location: • B-42 Industrial Estate, Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500018 NOTE: Interested candidates can walk-in to above location from 9AM-4PM Mon-Friday Thanks & Regards Surya Reddy HR Recruiter 9440806826
