Job Description

We are looking for a HR Recruitment Intern to join our team and assist in hiring top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, and HR operations . You will work closely with the HR team and gain insights into the hiring process. Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates from various job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress. Assist in posting job openings on different platforms. Communicate with candidates and provide updates on their hiring status. Support other HR functions as required. Requirements: Freshers with a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field . Basic understanding of the recruitment process. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. A keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources .
