Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees. Payroll Compliance: Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws. Handle tax deductions, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. Maintain salary structures and compensation data. Leave Attendance Management: Track and manage employee attendance leave records. Ensure compliance with company leave policies. Address attendance-related queries and discrepancies. Training Development: Identify training needs and develop learning programs. Organize workshops, seminars, and employee engagement activities. Monitor employee progress and effectiveness of training initiatives. HR Documentation Exit Formalities: Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Handle exit interviews and full final settlements. Ensure smooth offboarding processes. Skills Qualifications: Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR operations. Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll processing, and recruitment. Proficiency in HRMS software MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
