Job Description

- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle from conducting the initial preliminary round, HR round to preparing the offer letter and on boarding of the candidate. - Fulfilling the requirement within the given TAT. Taking care of hiring for PAN INDIA (IT / NON IT) for various verticals. Understanding the job requirements and screen / interview the shortlisted candidates. - Taking Preliminary round of Interview, short listing the candidates and then coordinating for further rounds of interview with the hiring managers. - Sourcing of candidates through job portals, social networking sites, referrals and consultants. - Perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers and candidates. - vide complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about company and position and coordinating interviews with Hiring Managers / defined
