Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR Recruiter and for HR operations role with 4 to 6 years of industry experience across various sectors including Software Development, Consultancy, International, and Manufacturing. As a Senior HR Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition and management within our organization. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. and end to end employee life cycle. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. HR operations like onboarding, employee engagement, team activities, payroll, compliance , PF ESI , leave management, attendance etc. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with 4 to 6 years of experience. Extensive knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques across multiple industries. Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical positions within software development, consultancy, international, and manufacturing sectors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
