Job Summary: We seek an experienced Incident & Change Management Specialist to join our HR Operations team. This role is crucial in enhancing our Incident and Change Management processes, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Incident & Change Management, compliance process management, and a good understanding of Service Management frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Incident & Change Management processes, focusing on improving efficiencies and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborate with various teams across the business to integrate our Incident & Change processes with theirs, fostering cross-departmental partnerships. Partner with other HR Operations teams to deliver on Incidents, Changes, and ensure the smooth execution of Integrations & Security roadmaps. Work closely with a supporting Analyst to achieve objectives and drive the success of Incident and Change initiatives. Manage compliance processes, including SOX, from a Change Management perspective, ensuring adherence to organizational and regulatory standards. Develop, maintain, and communicate technical roadmaps related to Incident & Change Management. Required Skills and Experience: Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Incident & Change Management, with a proven track record in process improvement and roadmap management. Compliance Management: Experience managing compliance processes; prior audit experience (e.g., SOX, ISO) is beneficial but not mandatory. Service Management Certification: ITIL or a similar Service Management qualification is required; PRINCE2 and MSP certifications are desirable. Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across departments. Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive efficiency in a complex organizational environment. Additional Information: Team Structure: This role has no direct reports. The focus is on process improvement and collaboration with other business teams rather than team management. Support Structure: You will work closely with an Analyst who will assist in achieving the objectives of the role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with managing or implementing technical roadmaps related to Incident & Change Management. Additional certifications such as PRINCE2 or MSP will be a plus.
