The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving a positive employee experience through effective onboarding, induction programs, and engagement initiatives . This position acts as a strategic partner to business units while ensuring HR practices align with organizational goals and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Onboarding & Induction Design, implement, and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. Conduct induction sessions and orientation programs to integrate new employees into the company culture. Employee Engagement Plan and execute employee engagement activities that foster morale, collaboration, and motivation. Regularly assess employee engagement through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one feedback sessions. Develop and implement action plans based on employee feedback to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention. HR Business Partnering Serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, aligning business objectives with HR solutions. Support organizational change initiatives and help drive company culture and values. Act as a trusted advisor and mediator for employees and managers in conflict resolution and employee relations. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role. Proven experience in onboarding, induction, and employee engagement.
