Role & responsibilities Taking care of the Talent Management & PMS Activity, Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Develop and implement automated HR processes and systems Oversee and manage automated performance appraisal systems that drive high performance. Manage the implementation and maintenance of HR software and tools Identify opportunities for automation within HR functions and design solutions to streamline workflows. Preferred candidate profile: Proven working experience in HR automation or related roles Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Ability to design and implement automation strategies. Demonstrable experience with HR automation tools and software.
