He/She will be part of the Regional HR Leadership team and work with the EKART HR Leaders to define & execute the HR strategy for the City Logistics Organization. Manage relations with internal customers partnering with them in building a robust People charter and scale up the organization as per business requirements. Be the leader with HR subject matter expertise & align HR best practices to business needs and employees. The Cluster HR role will provide comprehensive HR support in day-to-day activities to the assigned span of Maharashtra & Goa Cluster; as well as supporting the Zonal HR lead with strategic interventions and projects to drive the HR agenda in the cluster. The HRBP will collaborate closely with key stakeholders within the Regional, Cluster as well as Zonal office to align HR initiatives with business goals, drive employee engagement, and contribute to the overall success of the cluster. The role will serve as a part of the succession pipeline for the Cluster HR Lead positions across Non Large FLM. You are Responsible for: The role will be contributing towards two major areas of responsibility: 1.HRBP Duties : As the designated HRBP for Maharashtra & Goa Cluster teams including Control Tower, Cluster Finance & Design, the employee will manage all the assigned hubs within the span and the key responsibilities will include: Partner with all stakeholders from HMT, AM, RM, GM as well as Cluster & Zonal Teams Strategic advisor to the Regional Leadership with HR expertise and business acumen Succession Planning Performance & Productivity Management Inclusion & Diversity Gig-Workforce Productivity Driving Employee Engagement Initiatives for the regional & zonal teams HR Practices for Talent Availability Deployment & Management of Platform based Flexible Manpower Deployment & Management of Vendor based Flexible Manpower Grievance Redressal Mechanism HR Analytics & Scorecard Employee Relations Business Process Management Blue Collar Processes End to End Exit Management Induction of New Joiners External Environment Management Managing Hub Infrastructure & Facilities Statutory Compliance 2. Driving Strategic HR Interventions : The role will also work closely with the NL FLM HR & EB HR Leadership Team in driving the strategic HR agenda for the Cluster, Zone & Pan FLM & EB through end to end projects, charters and interventions. The key responsibilities will include: Conceptualize & implement Business Linked HR Initiatives to positively influence key business metrics Address Strategy in Action for CL and HR Org through right structure, right roles & right person at right place Lead HR Transformation Initiatives for City Logistics & EB through Invention, Digitization, Standardization, Rationalization, Centralization, Simplification & Outsourcing Lead Inclusion & Diversity Charter for the Cluster Conceptualize HR Transformation initiatives for Last Mile Workforce Design HR Strategies for Last Mile Delivery Workforce Design New Age HR Initiatives for Last Mile Delivery Workforce Solve functional and business problems through people solutions at scale Organization Design & Structure Analysis Apply insights to improve organizational performance and HR programs Devise strategies and manpower models to improve share in last mile delivery workforce. Actively work on improving Performance & Productivity of FLM HR Fraternity Analyze & ideate to develop & continuously improve the HR strategy for all Central Business Verticals. Redesign Organizational Structures & development initiatives to ensure integration and alignment with strategic and business goals. Plan & Execute HR Initiatives to successfully deliver on Peaks such as Big Billion Day, Big Fashion Festival, etc. To succeed in this role you should have the following: Full time MBA in HR with 8-10 Yrs of relevant experience into HR Business Partnering. Passion for business and wanting to create impact. High on aspiration and willing to work in challenging environment Been part of the HR team which requires senior stakeholder management Learning Orientation Logical thinking Design thought process with execution knowledge.
