Who Are We Looking For Role: HRBP Qualification: MBA Experience: 3+ years Location : Noida Job Summary The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic liaison between HR and business units, ensuring a seamless employee experience and aligning people practices with business goals. The role encompasses talent management, performance development, employee engagement, and HR operations, aiming to drive retention and performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities Employee Experience & Engagement: Partner with business leaders to design and improve end-to-end employee experience. Conduct onboarding and regular check-ins to ensure smooth integration and satisfaction. Organize engagement initiatives and skip-level meetings to build strong team dynamics. Identify employee concerns through regular one-on-ones and pulse surveys, and address them proactively. Talent Management & Retention: Track and analyze attrition and retention rates; perform root cause analysis. Develop and implement action plans to improve retention and reduce turnover. Facilitate career development initiatives and benefits enhancements. Performance Management: Drive quarterly performance review cycles: gather feedback, facilitate discussions, and finalize ratings. Support managers in performance documentation and initiate PIPs where necessary. Collaborate with leadership on talent reviews and succession planning. Recruitment & Resource Management: Initiate hiring requests (TRFs), coordinate with Talent Acquisition team, and manage interview panels. Assess internal talent availability and align skill sets with project requirements. Conduct bench talent mapping and organize skill enhancement initiatives. Learning & Development: Create and implement BU-specific training programs based on skill assessments. Coordinate with L&D team for design, delivery, and feedback on training initiatives. Track and evaluate impact of training programs on team performance. HR Operations: Manage onboarding logistics including workspace, buddy assignment, and communication setup. Ensure compliance with Redmine (time tracking system) and enforce penalties for non-compliance. Maintain HR metrics and reports, including technical allocations, bench data, and engagement outcomes. Culture & Rewards: Facilitate internal Rewards & Recognition programs (e.g., Emerging Star, Star Performer). Support grievance handling, conflict resolution, and provide org-level support on culture-building initiatives.
