Greetings from Trinity!! Qualification : UG degree + MBA HR (preferred) EXPERIENCE: (3-6 year experience). We're looking for a proactive communicator who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions and design the organizational culture, be accountable for employee retention, motivation & productivity. LOCATION: This role is based at our headquarters in Hyderabad and the selected candidate is expected to work in the office daily. JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in business or MBA - HR (preferred) along with 3-6 years of relevant experience in an HRBP role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong MS Excel skills. Market awareness about the industry and HR transformation. Excellent organizational skills; Ability to plan and execute without supervision and manage team members. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
