Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to create user-friendly designs.Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual mockups for web and mobile applications.Develop and maintain design systems and UI style guides.Ensure design consistency across all platforms and products.Stay updated with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.Assist in the development of user flows and journey mapping to enhance the user experience.Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.Required Skills & Qualifications:1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with experience in web and mobile platforms.Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Understanding of user-centered design principles and processes.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.A portfolio demonstrating your design process, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
