JOB DESCRIPTION:Primary responsibilityHandle enquiries received through phone (toll free), web, email.Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling.Manage to convince the parents /potential customers to visit the school premises from where the Relationship Team shall take over.Follow up on no show cases. Make post school visit calls to the same parents /potential customers to enquire on their experience and check if all doubts were well catered.
