Monitor and report on campaign performance, leveraging analytics to inform improvements. Ensure data integrity within HubSpot and maintain accurate lead and contact records. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and objectives. Qualifications 2+ years of experience with HubSpot CRM and email marketing tools. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and personalization. Proficiency in analyzing campaign metrics and generating actionable insights. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
