Location: Remote Experience: 1-3 years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a HubSpot CRM Developer to configure, optimize, and develop custom solutions within HubSpot. This role combines CRM implementation, automation, and technical development , ensuring seamless workflows, integrations, and data management. Key Responsibilities: Develop custom-coded workflows, webhooks, and API integrations for seamless data flow. Automate processes using JavaScript, HubSpot serverless functions, and third-party integrations . Configure and optimize HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs for lead management, automation, and reporting. Design workflows, automation, dashboards, and reports to enhance sales and marketing processes. Manage data imports, cleanup, segmentation, and enrichment for CRM accuracy. Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize CRM performance and automation . Train teams on best practices for HubSpot usage and automation . Requirements: 1-3 years of experience with HubSpot CRM (Marketing & Sales Hub) , including automation and integrations. Strong knowledge of HubSpot workflows, custom-coded actions, APIs, and webhooks . Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs . Experience with third-party integrations, OAuth authentication, and HubSpot Operations Hub . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for CRM optimization and automation .
