This role requires expertise in B2B marketing operations or demand generation, focusing on lead management, campaign execution, and marketing automation. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows, ensuring smooth integration between Sales, Marketing, and CS/IT teams, and driving operational efficiency. Your analytical skills and strategic approach will be crucial in scaling marketing processes and ensuring campaign success. Roles and Responsibilities: Campaign Deployment Management : Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to schedule, project-manage, and execute demand-generation campaigns. HubSpot Administration : Lead the administration of our HubSpot platform, ensuring it is leveraged to its full potential. Configure and manage campaign workflows, email sequences, and lead nurturing programs. Lead Management : Implement and oversee a comprehensive lead management process, including lead scoring, distribution, and tracking to ensure efficient lead follow-up and conversion. Marketing KPIs Reporting : Define and monitor critical marketing KPIs. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into marketing campaign effectiveness, funnel conversion, attribution, and overall performance. Data Analysis Reporting : Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, lead generation, and campaign ROI. Process Optimization : Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing processes and workflows to increase operational efficiency and alignment with sales objectives. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with company objectives. Qualifications and Skills: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing or sales operations or a similar field. Advanced expertise in CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot; experience with Salesforce or similar tools is a plus. Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to present data insights effectively. Familiarity with sales automation processes; experience in marketing or demand generation is advantageous. A results-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Good to Have: Experience in high-growth startup environments is a plus. Open to working flexible hours across different time zones.
