Talent Acquisition and Retention: Innovate hiring practices to attract top talent across domains. Must have good year of experience in technical hiring (Technology) Build retention strategies that motivate and inspire employees to grow with us What Makes You a Great Fit: Proven HR leadership experience with 10+ years in fast-growing, innovative organizations. Expertise in establishing and managing performance management systems. Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and organizational design. A strategic mindset with hands-on experience in policy creation and cultural transformation. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to inspire and influence across levels.
