Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate with wide experience in HR partnering roles, demonstrating excellence in stakeholder management, employee relations, end-to-end employment lifecycle operations, strategic workforce support, and HR data-driven decision-making. This role will be a critical enabler in driving people priorities, improving employee engagement, and supporting business objectives through analytical insights. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role. Open to work in US shift hours Prior experience supporting diverse business units or matrix organizations is preferred. Strong hands-on experience with HR analytics, reporting tools, and data storytelling. Well-versed with employment laws, HR compliance standards, and best practices. Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills. Excellent interpersonal, coaching, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. High analytical ability with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Agile mindset able to thrive in fast-paced and changing environments. Strong ethical standards, discretion, and professional integrity.
