Role & responsibilities The below are the roles & responsibilities, Lead the Human Resources function for a specific business unit and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to formulate and execute the HR strategy for the organization, ensuring the successful attainment of business objectives. Develop a strong grasp of the challenges faced by the business, its organizational structure, and talent-related issues to identify pertinent training requirements. Provide assistance in managing change initiatives, guaranteeing the effective implementation of Organizational Development (OD) interventions, which includes educating and communicating with the workforce. Conduct research into emerging industry trends and adapt them to align with our organization's practices and offerings, ensuring they remain in tune with evolving needs. Utilize various internal and external data sources to create People Analytics and transform them into compelling visual presentations. Prepare presentations and accompanying trends for the leadership team, enabling them to make recommendations and drive changes related to HR and People-related matters. Possess experience in maintaining and enhancing key performance metrics such as absence rates, work adherence, and collaboration within the organization. Demonstrate expertise in launching satisfaction surveys, extracting trends, and ensuring that the necessary actions are taken to address the identified issues. Preferred candidate profile The below are the skillsets that are needed, 8 to 12 years of practical experience in Human Resources or roles related to people management. A minimum of 4 years of experience in actively engaging and coaching people managers. Demonstrated capability and enthusiasm for working with data to effectively present metrics, outcomes, progress reports, and compliance information. Possesses the flexibility and resilience to influence stakeholders positively. Previous experience working with expatriates and in a global context is advantageous. Displays a strong interest and proficiency in handling data, metrics, analysis, and staying informed about trends. Adaptable to thrive in a highly diverse and fast-paced work environment, with a strong sense of urgency. Embraces an open mindset, exhibits curiosity, and has a willingness to learn.
