Dear Candidate, We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. Experience : 5+years Location: Pune Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven track record of influencing and partnering with senior leaders to drive organizational change. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HR initiatives. Experience with implementing and leveraging HRIS and other emerging technologies to enhance HR processes and practices. Sharp business acumen, listening skills and problem solving skills are must. Prior experience of working with CXO level stakeholders would be a big advantage. Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus. Responsibilities The Business partner will work closely with Business Leaders to understand and resolve all people related matters for the work force with thorough understanding of Organization culture and Business Model . Comprehensive handholding and orientation shall be provided for the same. Once settled in the role, he/she will eventually act as a friend-philosopher and guide to Leaders on people matters. Orientation, awareness generation and educating engineers on expected behaviors about onsite travel, client management, timesheet compliance, Loop closure on open points / issues revealed through Employee touch time tracker Validation of feedback, concerns raised by engineers and suggesting corrective actions wherever applicable. Creating business friendly / balanced solutions for people issues related to travel to site and return from site, resignations, work permit salary negotiations Logically and patiently explaining, influencing and convincing engineers with unreasonable expectations Working closely with leaders to understand people related challenges faced by them and helping them handle people issues effectively. Analyzing the patterns of issues, transactions and crafting strategies to address the route cause of issues. Conceptualizing and implementing communication forums across the levels to ensure free flow of information, opinions, and views Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into actionable HR initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to management on a wide range of HR topics including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Proactively identify HR issues and provide innovative solutions to address them in alignment with business goals. Lead the implementation of HR programs and policies within the business unit, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Conduct regular assessments of HR processes and practices and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture within the business unit. Partner with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs to build managerial and leadership capabilities within the business unit. Stay updated on emerging technologies in HR and assess their potential application within the organization to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
