Role & responsibilities : Conduct weekly meetings with respective business managers. Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions and policies. Manage and resolve complex employee and labour relations issues. Acquainted with Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Maintain in-depth knowledge of core HR functions. Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Design and implement Performance Management System in the units assigned. Identify training needs for all departments and individual executive coaching needs. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Performs other related duties as assigned.
