Job Description

Role & responsibilities Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, induction, and exit formalities. Support manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and payroll administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements. Handle employee engagement initiatives, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions. Maintain and update HRMS, dashboards, and MIS reports. Coordinate training programs and performance appraisal processes. Liaise with government authorities for HR-related compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). Preferred candidate profile Qualification : MBA HR/Diploma/HR Course People oriented and result driven Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to lead a team Ability to multitask and work under pressure Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Effective negotiation, communication skills, problem solving and time management skills Integrity and confidentiality Well versed with Microsoft Office Perks and benefits Hospitalization benefit Mandatory details: Work Timing: Monday to Saturday || 10am to 6pm
