We are currently seeking a dynamic Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in India, who will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategies and contributing to our organizational success. Role Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Provide expert advice on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with recruitment teams to identify and attract top talent. Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs to enhance employee engagement and retention. Conduct performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations. Analyze and report on HR metrics to monitor organizational health and employee satisfaction. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement compensation and benefits programs. Advise on change management initiatives to support organizational transformation. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture. Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution and team building. Drive initiatives for employee development and career progression. Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace through targeted programs and interventions. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support continuous improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and employment legislation. Represent the HR department in cross-functional teams and meetings. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably as a Business Partner. Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in India. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Proven experience in managing employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism. Competency in data analysis and HR metrics. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience in developing and delivering training programs. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of HR software and tools. Ability to influence and drive change within the organization. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Professional HR certification (e. g. , CIPD, SHRM) is a plus. Willingness to travel as required for training and meetings.
