Job Description

Role & responsibilities Job Description: Dy. Manager Compensation & Benefits and PMS Location: Kolkata Experience: 5-7 years Key Responsibilities: 1. Compensation & Benefits: • Administer and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. • Handle salary benchmarking, structuring, and revisions in alignment with market trends and internal policies. • Oversee employee benefits programs, including PF, gratuity, insurance, and other statutory benefits. • Ensure timely processing of incentives and variable pay components. 2. Performance Management System (PMS): • Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. • Work closely with department heads to align performance metrics with business objectives. • Analyze performance data to recommend improvements and interventions for employee development. • Implement and improve competency-based performance assessment frameworks. 3. HR Analytics & Compliance: • Prepare reports and dashboards on compensation, incentives, and performance trends. • Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to compensation and performance management. Qualifications & Requirements: • MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. • 5-7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and PMS. • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax laws, and labor regulations. • Experience in HRMS/payroll software. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and HR Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
