Job Title: HR Executive (Male) Location: Topsia, Kolkata - 700046 Industry: Garments Production Company: Vastramay Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (Male) CTC: Up to ₹4,20,000 per annum Employment Type : Full-Time Job Description: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll processing. Manage end-to-end payroll operations with accuracy and ensure compliance with statutory norms. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases on a regular basis. Monitor attendance, manage leave records, and compile accurate payroll inputs. Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, PF, ESI, and other statutory components. Ensure adherence to labor laws, PF, ESI, professional tax, and other compliance requirements. Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with HR software/tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
