We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with over 1 year of hands-on experience in core HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, payroll assistance, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions. Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leaves, etc. Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee feedback sessions. Support in payroll processing by collating and validating attendance, leaves, and salary data. Drive employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management as required. Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures. Requirements : 1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum 1 years of experience in an HR Executive or HR Generalist role. 3. Sound knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance. 4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 5. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
