Major Key Responsible Areas: 1. Talent Acquisition 2. Expenses calculation & Reimbursement 3. Other day to day HR activities Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Handling end to end recruitment from sourcing to screening & aligning interviews. 2. Responsible for pre & post joining formalities like salary verification & negotiation, Induction, documentation. 3. Maintaining attendance records and coordinating with the HO for salary calculations & disbursement. 4. Conducting Exit interviews, handling all exit formalities and coordinating with the HO for FNF settlement. 5. Monitor the Daily Track Record of Sales Employees. 6. Handling day to day HR activities and maintain records through MIS as required. 7. Communicating upcoming guidelines and other information with the branch employees. 8. Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR at the branch office level. 9. Act as a SPOC for all employee queries at the designated location. • Coordinate & share all updates with Head office. 10. Calculating TA/DA and maintain database. Educational Background: 1. MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources. 2. Proven work experience of at least 2-5 years in HR or a related role is preferred. 3. Strong understanding of HR practices. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Note: KRAs may change/update as and when required.
