Role & To manage the attendance, wages, training, hiring, ESI and PF of all Staff and Labour at the manufacturing plant To sources skilled and unskilled labour from the Dudhola and Prithla area from local and remote thekedars Calculate worker efficiency based on salary paid and job work conducted Resolve all plant legal and clerical issues with relevant local and government agencies Candidate must have HR experience of at least 8 years, must have contacts with thekedars in the local Prithla, Dudhola area as well as able to procure skilled labor from out of state. Candidate must have college diploma, degree preferred. Standard perks and benefits commensurate with industry standards. Will report directly to plant manager.
