Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with factory acts and statutory requirements. Oversee EPF (Employee Provident Fund) and ESI Act (Employee State Insurance) processes, including registration, contributions, and returns filing. Ensure timely payroll processing and adherence to labour laws such as PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages etc. Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave management, and other HR-related activities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to labour welfare.
