Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per company standards. Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management systems. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Handle employee engagement activities and internal communications. Resolve day-to-day employee queries related to HR and administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Liaise with departmental heads for workforce planning and development. Support in performance appraisal process and training coordination. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the automotive or retail industry. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of HRMS tools and MS Office (especially Excel).
