Job Title: HR Executive - Powe plant Location: Champa, Chhattisgarh Experience Required: 1-5 years Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Age Range: 25-35 years Number of Vacancies: 1 Salary Range: 20,000 - 30,000 per month Job Purpose: The Power Plant HR Executive will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive human resources support to the power plant operations. This includes ensuring strict adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The position is integral in enhancing employee engagement, supporting compliance, and facilitating the efficient execution of HR processes within the power plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Employee Relations Cultivate and maintain a positive employee relations climate within the organization, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work culture. Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing guidance on company policies and procedures. Organize and lead employee engagement initiatives to increase workplace satisfaction and morale. 2. Compliance & Legal Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies, minimizing legal risks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance documentation. Assist with internal and external auditensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. 3. Recruitment & Onboarding Collaborate with placement agencies and internal recruitment teams to identify and hire qualified talent for the power plant. Manage the onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating necessary training for new hires. Support talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and talent retention initiatives. 4. HR Operations & Administration Maintain and update HR records, reports, and databases to ensure seamless operations. Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist in performance appraisals, employee feedback programs, and other employee development initiatives. 5. Training & Development Identify and assess training and development needs across the power plant workforce. Organize and facilitate relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Contribute to career development and succession planning efforts to nurture a skilled and capable workforce. 6. Power Plant HR Support Regularly visit the power plant site to engage with employees and gain insights into operational challenges and HR needs. Address specific HR-related issues and provide tailored support within the power plant environment. Maintain confidentiality and discretion while managing sensitive employee information and organizational data. Key Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in HR management,preferably in an industrial or power plant environment. Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficiency in MS Office, and other HR-related tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational skills and attentio to detail.
