Human Resource Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused HR Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad . This role is pivotal in managing core HR functions and fostering a positive and efficient workplace environment. " Immediate Joiners" Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, conducting preliminary interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. Oversee the onboarding and exit processes to ensure a seamless and professional experience for all employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with statutory requirements. Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and standard operating procedures. Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally to support a healthy work culture. Organize and coordinate training and development initiatives. Assist with performance management activities and documentation. Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and resolving related issues. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR or similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
